Associate Director, Technology Solution Lead at Takeda, with over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 7+ years in global roles. Since 2017, I have led Takeda’s global 3D printing program, establishing an end-to-end supply chain for critical spare parts and prototypes, enabling decentralized manufacturing and cost-efficient innovation. 
Alongside this, I drive the company’s global packaging equipment strategy and robotics programs, delivering multi-million-dollar projects that combine cutting-edge technology with practical, scalable implementation across regulated environments.

 She studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich and then worked on her doctoral thesis at the Institute for Medical Technology. With Kumovis – part of 3D Systems since 2022 – she launched the first 3D printing system with an integrated cleanroom for implants out of high-performance polymers. The technology had been launched in 2019 and is enabling decentralized production of patient-specific implants since then.

Francesco Moscato received his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calabria (Italy). He is Full Professor at the Medical University of Vienna (Austria). His research focuses on Medical Additive Manufacturing (3d-printing for surgical/interventional procedures, tissue engineering and medical education) and Cardiovascular Bioengineering (methods and devices for diagnostics/therapy). 
He has been Principal Investigator/Site Coordinator in internationally/nationally funded projects (cumulative funding ~5 MioEUR). He is author of 111 scientific articles and more than 45 invited talks (twice at a Gordon Research Conference). 
Since 2023 he is coordinator of the European Special Interest Group for 3D Printing in Hospitals. He was Secretary-General (2013-17) and President (2018-19) of the International Society for Mechanical Circulatory Support.

As Head of Regulatory Affairs, she specializes in regulatory strategy development, digital transformation in the pharmaceutical sector, medicine safety, and business development. 
She is an active member of several international industry associations, including TOPRA, Medicines for Europe, and the IRISS Forum.

He is co-founder of several companies developing and commercialising tissue engineering products and services. He was Director of Research and Development at BioTissue Technologies from year 2000 until 2003  
 
Dr. Sittinger is co-founder of CellServe GmbH. A spin-off company at the Charité Universitätsmedizin for development of cell-based therapies. 

Postdoctoral researcher Bioethics at University Medical Center Utrecht. Her research explores the ethical issues within Regenerative Medicine. Some of the topics she focuses on are: inclusive design, diversity, gender, art-based research and public engagement.
