The inkjet-bioAM project is built on the premise that digitalising the production of medical products and pharmaceuticals is indispensable for improving patient care and the well-being of EU citizens, as well as ensuring the sustainability of the healthcare system.
Our mission
The project aims to integrate inkjet printing technology into the value chain for the manufacture of medical and pharmaceutical products.
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in printing technology in the biomedical sector.
- Three pilot lines will be developed together with technical partners to demonstrate the technology.
- Expansion of the EU ecosystem for inkjet printing in the biomedical sector.
