TIGER Coatings (AT)

The core business of TIGER Coatings is the manufacturing of different types of powder coatings and inkjet inks for industrial applications. In the inkjet area we are focused on applications where number of substrates is limited, and specific pre- and/or post-processes are defined.

One example is the packaging industry to which TIGER supplies water-based inks feasible for high-speed single-pass printing. TIGER Coatings participates in both national and international projects on a regular basis, both as coordinator and partner. TIGER runs a fully equipped inkjet laboratory and a full-scale production area. TIGER TIGITAL team has upscaled more than 100 different inks successfully and introduced them to the market.

Within the i3-Bio-AM project TIGER will be dealing with characterization of inkjet inks, their upscaling and production processes. Important part of the TIGER contribution to the project will be investigation on GMP compliance of ink production.
